Project we took over from another architect, with quite complicated genesis. Architect was asked to design a equestrian complex on the lot, including small hotel / b&b, restaurant, bar, stalls for few horses owned by client. So complex was designed based on this requests using masonry constructions and large span wooden roof. During an early stage of building investor bought and build steel frame construction. After horse riding hall was build, we were asked to make some changes to project: adding more stables area, smaller hotel and adding office area and particularly to incorporate new construction system and materials.
