Project of small pizzeria, 100 square meters foot print and 2 stories. Lot was bougth from city council for this purpouse, is lying between highly saturated 4-lane street and large parking space. Hight difference makes it accsesible only through the parking space, what had to be negotiated with supermarket chain.
     

Pizzeria itself is oriented on takeout, but still offers seats for approx. 30 - 35 guests. It is part of small pizzeria chain, so ingridients are prepared off-site and daily delivered.
  

Solution depended mainly on request of maximal area and preference of entrence through parking lot.
