Client requested design of a small pizzeria. However zoning regulations doesn’t allow one storey building on that particular lot. We suggested to client to add two floors of apartments, and to build in two phases.

Phase one is to build foundation ground floor and temporary cover. After year or two, temporary cover will be removed and rest of the floors could be build with no,  or small interuptions to pizzeria.
